Red Hot Rockabilly from the crazy lads from 8.30pm no cover. Come down for a night of yeehah, rockabilly, rock n roll and good natured mayhem.
Wellington band The X-ray Catz is the brainchild of four seasoned Wellington musicians.
The members first got together over plates of barbequed meat and a bottle of Watties and decided it would be great to have a band that pays homage to classic 1950’s music.
The X Ray Catz specialise in playing a mix of 1950’s Rock & Roll and Rockabilly inspired by the likes of Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Johnny Cash to name a few.
The band features a class line up with well over a century of experience between them
Wayne Mason - Piano/ Vocals
Antony Maddock - guitar/ Vocals
Gordon Barrell - double bass/ Vocals
Richard Te One - drums/ Vocals
