DINING AT THE RUBY LOUNGE
Our Chef Clive Goodger describes the Ruby Lounge menu as "simple and hearty". Clive trained in the UK in fine dining cuisine. He's worked in a variety of settings from five star hotel to bistro. We know you're going to be impressed with his work!
We're open Tuesday and Wednesday from 4pm, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11.00am and Sunday from 10.00am when we start off the day with the backporch brunch sessions.
In the evening we have an a la carte menu available. Menus are regularly updated (please see below) and blackboard specials are available. Occasionally, we have dine dance evenings, where special menus are offered.
Our menus have been designed to cater for Gluten Free diets, please ask our staff for details.
